Shipping policy

NorthKey Electronic is based in Canada, and Canada is our primary market. We also ship to customers in the United States. Canadian orders are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD); United States orders are charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Shipping rates
Canada
- Standard — FREE on every order. No minimum purchase required.
- Express — $27.49 CAD.
United States
- Tracked Express Shipping — $19.99 USD.
- Priority Processing (optional) — $24.99 USD. Your order jumps ahead of the processing queue.
Delivery times
Delivery time windows are pending confirmation with our suppliers and will be published here once confirmed. When tracking is available for your shipment, we will email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Order processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received, except orders with Priority Processing, which move ahead in the processing queue. You will receive an order confirmation email and, once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email, with tracking details when available.
Shipping address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
